Syonna Rodgers was graduated from Rutgers University with a degree in Criminal Justice.  Ms. Rodgers is actively building a career in law and aspires to attend law school and become an attorney. She is a skilled communicator and proficient in French.

Ms. Rodgers has served as a paralegal in criminal law, bankruptcy, and now civil rights.  Before joining the Firm, Ms. Rodgers completed internships with the Middlesex County Sheriff's Department and the Municipal Court in Newark/Essex County.

Ms. Rodgers also serves on the Board of the Simuel Whitfield Simmons Organization, a non-profit aimed at breaking cycles of poverty for families and youth in New Jersey.  She also participates in active clothes and food drives to help those who are in need.
